process.

The site may also automatically collect IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, referral sources, cookies, and other website usage information.

3. How Information Is Used

I may use collected information to respond to inquiries; deliver requested educational materials; discuss requested insurance options; schedule consultations; send authorized service communications; provide customer support; maintain records and consent preferences; improve website functionality; measure advertising effectiveness where permitted; and satisfy applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Marketing email or text messages are sent only as permitted by applicable law and the communication preferences you provide. Consent to one communication category does not automatically authorize another.

4. SMS and Text Communications

I use communication service providers, which may include GoHighLevel, to send messages for authorized purposes.

Appointment and service texts may include appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, responses to requests, and follow-up on an existing inquiry, where permitted and appropriately authorized.

Marketing and educational texts, when separately authorized, may include educational resources, invitations to review coverage, and information about my insurance-related services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out; a final confirmation text may be sent. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact (318) 540-7509 or [email protected].

Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing insurance or any other goods or services. I maintain records of consent and opt-out requests as reasonably needed. Website submission alone does not automatically establish consent for all marketing channels.

5. Mobile Information and SMS Consent Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with service providers supporting services, such as customer service and messaging delivery, is permitted to the extent needed to provide those services.

Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their independent marketing purposes. I do not sell SMS consent records.

6. Information Sharing

I do not sell or rent personal information. I may disclose relevant information to providers supporting website hosting, forms, CRM systems, communication delivery, appointment scheduling, and related business operations; to Lincoln Heritage Life Insurance Company and authorized insurance service organizations as required for a requested insurance service or application; to professional advisers; or to authorities and other recipients when permitted or required by law.

The use of technology vendors does not make those vendors licensed insurance producers or authorize them to solicit or negotiate insurance on my behalf. Service providers are expected to maintain appropriate information safeguards and use information for authorized purposes.

7. Cookies, Analytics and Meta Pixel

The website may use cookies, GoHighLevel analytics, Meta Pixel, and similar tools to understand site use and evaluate marketing effectiveness. These tools may collect browsing and device information and interactions with website pages. Applicable consent and privacy choices will be provided where legally required.

Do not include health conditions, medical answers, detailed quote responses, or other sensitive insurance information in advertising-platform tracking events, URLs, or custom parameters. This statement reflects the site's intended configuration; tracking must be tested to confirm it works as described. You can also use browser privacy controls to manage cookies.

8. Information Security

I use reasonable organizational and technical precautions designed to protect personal information, but no digital system is completely secure. Do not send sensitive medical, financial, or identity information through unsecured website forms, ordinary emails, or SMS. Information required for an insurance application should be shared through the insurer's approved processes.

9. Data Retention

I retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide requested services, comply with applicable legal and insurance recordkeeping obligations, document permissions and opt-outs, resolve disputes, and safeguard legitimate business interests. Retention depends on the information and applicable requirements. Information no longer needed will be deleted, de-identified, or securely disposed of where appropriate.

10. Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to or correction or deletion of qualifying personal information, withdraw certain consents, or opt out of marketing. Legal or regulatory obligations may require the retention of some records.

Send requests to [email protected].

I may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding.

11. Email Communications

Where marketing emails are sent, they will include an applicable unsubscribe mechanism. You may also request to stop marketing emails by contacting me directly. Opting out of promotional emails does not necessarily prevent replies to your individual requests or legally permitted administrative communications.

12. External Websites and Services

This website may link to independently operated websites, including insurer, scheduling, or other service-provider sites. Their own privacy policies and procedures apply when you use those services. I am not responsible for independent third-party privacy practices.

13. Children's Privacy

The website and services are intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from children under age 13. If such information is identified without appropriate authorization, I will take appropriate steps to remove it.

14. Updates to This Policy

I may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in services, technology, or applicable requirements. An updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
